Sofa bed was worse than the regular beds (of course) and the carpet in the room is appallingly dated and worn. Hinges on the doors are rusted out and electrical outlets don't quite work anymore. There was a long, disgusting hair hanging on the back of our bathroom door that outlasted at least two visits by the cleaners. Sheets are thin and comforters are 20th-century-gross. Beds and pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. But if you're looking for a place that is really nice inside - comfortable and clean, like a hotel should be - this is not a good hotel. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean cannot be beat. The location of this hotel is spectacular. Staff at the front desk are great - friendly and professional.
